GB – CONSULTING

Headquartered in Meerbusch, GBCONSULTING is the small „sporty“ sister of BROICHFAMILY and was founded by Georg W. Broich with the aim of specialising in sales support, event organisation and sports hospitality. Emphasis is placed in particular on strategic advice regarding the launch and brand positioning of products for the catering and gastronomy sector on the German market. In the process, GBCONSULTING focuses on holistic concepts that emphasise sustainable success as well as solutions that can be implemented in the long term, but which are always adapted to the respective customer’s individual wishes and circumstances.

Besides classic catering concepts for events of all kinds, conception, extensive support and communication with the customer all take centre stage. Whether it’s a matter of organising charity events or VIP catering for sporting highlights such as the Grand Départ, the well-rehearsed team of creative and competent experts can draw on a wealth of experience, thus guaranteeing that each individual customer receives specific advice and support in all the development stages of an upcoming project or support over the long term.

CULINARIA GASTRONOMIEGRUPPE WUPPERTAL

The BROICHHOSPITALITYGROUP got a great addition to the team when the catering and gastronomic business CULINARIA Gastronomiegruppe I Wuppertal joined it in January 2018.

Located in the heart of Wuppertal, the CULINARIA gastronomy group stands for hospitality with a heart, outstanding cuisine and extraordinary event locations in the Bergisches Land region. Founded by Wolfgang vom Hagen in 1995, the company specialises in organising and hosting impressive event highlights as well as the exclusive handling of concert gastronomy. CULINARIA’s excellent location portfolio includes the BRASSERIE in the Opera House, SCHLOSSGUT in Lüntenbeck Castle, the HISTORIC CITY HALL including its in-house ROSSINI restaurant, OKAVANGO restaurant in Wuppertal Zoo and the CASINO staff restaurant of the STADTSPARKASSE WUPPERTAL, a savings bank.

The partnership aims to provide mutual support in the areas of catering, personnel development, purchasing and marketing and to support CULINARIA in the area of ​​corporate and school catering.

FOODPOL CONCEPT CATERING

A long-standing friendship became a strategic partnership; a strategic partnership developed into close cooperation and the involvement of BROICH in FOODPOL CONCEPT CATERING. The catering company, which has a total of 9 permanent employees in Hamburg and Berlin, was founded in 2004. Since then, it has continued to progress and is now one of the leading premium caterers in Germany, specializing in the major events of well-known fashion labels, the Echo After Show Party and the Berlinale VIP Lounge.

The new owners – Kay Schlichting and Managing Director Volker Brüggen – and their team focus on a modern and creative event concept, whose name says it all: Fresh FOOD from carefully selected, high-quality ingredients and produced as sustainably as possible is the POLE around which everything revolves. But no catering event is the same as the other, and each solution is individually tailored to suit the events and customers in question. The events are held in the various premises of a very diverse location portfolio, which is greatly enhanced by the firm’s partnership with BROICH. They include the tavern in Oberstübchen in the former malt factory in Berlin, Areal Böhler in Dusseldorf, as well as the Edelfettwerk, the Hühnerposten and various beach clubs in Hamburg.
