Greetings from our homeland: In the Bakers & Butchers food concept, we offer cuisine from the Rhine area which represents our culinary roots. We serve matjes on pumpernickel, bacon quiche, rheinischen Sauerbraten (marinated braised beef) or potato pancakes with silver beets – but everything is light, modern and prepared in an innovative way.
